COMPLEMENT
To expand the technological capabilities of the machine, the basic model of the SKR 400 with three coordinates CNC-operated is additionally completed with: - storage magazine with an automatic tool changing apparatus (SKR 400M);; - CNC-operated turned around rotary table attachment; - CNC-operated cross functional turned around rotary table attachment; - station for cleaning and supplying cooling mixture to the cutting zone; - 3D measuring probe head with signal transmission via IR port; - tool cabinet with a set of accessory tools..

Highly accurate linear variable displacement transducers in combination with a rigid carrying system of the machine and slideway bearings provide the ability to automatically work out small displacements equal to the discreteness of the measuring system of the machine (0.001 μm), which is a determinal factor for obtaining high precision of the camming contours of surfaces being machined by using several methods simultaneously CNC-operated coordinates of the machine (linear and circular interpolation).

Consistently high accuracy over a long operational period is ensured by::
- rigid construction of cast-iron basic parts; - installation of the machine on three points of support; - system of direct measurements by photopulse converters; - hand-scraped guides of working moving sleeve; - spindle head without movable quill; - rigid restraint of the short spindle on duplex angular-contract thrust bearings; - feeding units and main movement from servomotors directly connected to the actuating mechanisms; - automatic central lubrication. |
