Designed for finished machining of precision components made of hard steel and hard metals without special fittings.
 

The machine makes grinding of cylindrical and conical holes, planes, cuts, complex curved surfaces to ensure their high geometric accuracy, relative position and cleanliness standards.
 

High accuracy of the machine is ensured by the rigidity of the body parts forming the machine carrier system, and by perfect slideway machining technology proven by many years of experience in producing coordinate grinding machines, using modern photo-pulse linear variable displacement transducers as measuring systems of the machine.
 

In comparison with previously produced models of coordinate grinding machines, the slide accuracy during contour machining of parts and the speed of movement of the table and sled are increased.

The design of the grinding wheel head provides the speed of movement of the planetary spindle up to 12000 mm/min, and also allows to control the coordinate movements of the grinding wheel spindle carriage, and the rotation of the planetary spindle in the tracking mode from the CNC. .
 

 



 

In the tracking mode from the CNC coordinates are controlled: 
 

Х – is movement of the table;

У – is movement of the table sled;

Z – is movement of the planetary spindle;

W-  is movement of the machining headstock;

U – is movement of the grinding wheel spindle carriage;

S – is rotation of the planetary spindle;

A – is rotation of the circuit plate of the turned around rotatory dividing table attachment;
B – is the inclination of the circuit plate of the cross functional rotatory dividing table attachment.
 

 
The optional extra of the machine, by agreement with the customer, may include: 
 

- the cross functional digitally-displayed rotatory dividing table attachment with digital indication;

- CNC-operated turned around rotatory dividing table attachment;
- CNC-operated cross functional rotatory dividing table attachment; 

- station for cleaning and supplying coolant to the cutting zone;

- set of electrical spindles;

- tool table with a set of auxiliary tools;
- dust removal system from the cutting zone.
